Returns and Refunds Policy

When using Klarna or other deferred payment options, the customer also agrees to Klarna’s separate terms and policies.

1. Klarna Purchases

• Customers who purchase through Klarna are entitled to return products within 14 calendar days from delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Store credit cannot replace a Klarna refund.

2. Physical Products

• Returns are only accepted for unopened products in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

3. Services

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
